Description: The Carriage Barn Arts Center has partnered with the New Canaan Land Trust to create the New Canaan Sculpture Trail, an exhibition that celebrates Earth Day’s 50th anniversary. By joining art and nature, this inaugural outdoor art installation promises to connect residents and visitors to our natural surroundings. The New Canaan Sculpture Trail features eight juried outdoor sculptures, installed at six New Canaan Land Trust preserves, the front lawn of the New Canaan Town Hall, and the courtyard of the Carriage Barn Arts Center in Waveny Park.

Early Morning Photo Session with Wolves at the Wolf Conservation Center in South Salem, NY

Description: Join us for this special opportunity to photograph the WCC’s Ambassador Wolves: Nikai, Alawa, and Zephyr! Guests will also be given access to photograph the WCC’s critically endangered Mexican wolves and red wolves from vantage points not generally available during regular visits. Climbing the Walls, A Virtual Multi Media Exhibition
From June 6 – September 6, 2020 Studio Theater in Exile and Hudson Valley Museum of Contemporary Art (HV MoCA) will present Climbing the Walls, a virtual multi-media arts exploration in the time of Corona. Climbing the Walls is a virtual exhibition of visual works of art, poetry and performances with new content offered each week from June – September made available to experience free of charge on their websites. Climbing the Walls is based on Writing the Walls, a 13-year collaboration between the two organizations due to the cancellation of this year’s annual event because of threat of Co-VID19.
