Monday Evening Yoga
Take a deep breath and pause for a moment. Finding your breath can help you to feel more centered and relieve some stress. Through yoga, you can find strength, balance, relaxation, and flexibility. The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) and Continuing and Distance Education (CDE) at University of Vermont are so thankful to be able to share yoga with you from OLLI instructor and UVM employee Amanda McIntire.
