The third quarter real estate market report showed movement and growth despite typical seasonal trends. Connecticut has closed 21,180 homes so far in 2013, which was 13.4% more than this time last year. Condominium units also had a strong showing with 5,378 closings, which was an impressive 21.7% more than 2012. So, the positive trending in Connecticut real estate continues and interest rates remain low.
