Saturday, July 20 • The Breakers • 8:00 pm, An Evening with Broadway Star Sierra Boggess is a special concert of songs and arias with one of theater’s brightest stars. Sierra is an Olivier nominated actress, best known worldwide for re-inventing the coveted role of Christine Daae in The Phantom of the Opera. Composer Lord Webber himself went on record to say that “she’s the best, the best Christine certainly.” And more throughout the week!
Event: Block Isalnd Barbershop Quartet Festival
Venue: St. Andrew’s Church – Block Island

Description: Wouldn’t the world be a better place if we could all learn to live harmoniously? For this Saturday evening at least, you can be surrounded by the rich sounds of a capella harmony at the 55th Annual Block Island Barbershop Quartet Festival at Saint Andrew’s Church. This is one of the oldest barbershop festivals in the country and a yearly fixture on Block Island. Be transported back to a simpler time as these musicians lift their voices—and your spirits—with soaring melodies and sweet harmonies. A number of male and female quartets from around the region will show off their vocal skills as they perform old favorites from this uniquely American art form.
Event: 19th Annual Dog Wash Fundraiser
Venue: Humane Society of Westchester – New Rochelle

Description: The Humane Society of Westchester is holding its 19th Annual Dog Wash on Sunday, July 21st, from 10am to 3pm outdoors on the shelter grounds at 70 Portman Road, New Rochelle. It will be a fun-filled day of pet pampering, nail clipping, microchipping, good food, raffles & vendors.
Event: Family Movie Night – Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse
Venue: Riverfront Green Park – City of Peeksill

Description: Teen Miles Morales becomes Spider Man in his reality, crossing paths with five counterparts from other dimensions to stop a threat for all realities. Family Movie Nights are sponsored by Walmart and the Peekskill Police / Fire 5K Foundation. The movie will be rescheduled in the event of rain.
