Event: Greater New Haven St. Patrick’s Day Parade
Venue: Begins at Chapel St. Ends at Orange St – New Haven
Date: March 10
Description: Since the mid-1950s, this parade has become one of New England’s premier Irish events. As the 6th oldest parade in the nation, its fame was recognized by the Library of Congress in 1999. Features 3,000 marchers and musical units celebrating the diversity of many cultures.
