Things to do this weekend December 14th – 16th: Connecticut, Rhode Island and Westchester

Event: 27th Holiday in the Depot
Venue: Bryan Plaza – Washington Depot
Date: December 14
Description: Come take part in the town’s annual Holiday in the Depot! The festivities will kick off with the lighting of the town’s Christmas tree and carols sung by students at the Washington Montessori School. Shortly after, Santa will arrive by a horse-drawn wagon and children will be able to tell him their wishes as well as pose for a photo. Washington will be glowing bright with holiday lights and cheer. As you stroll through the Depot, be sure to stop at the local shops to admire their wreath displays and enjoy some tasty treats. Throughout the evening, carolers will be roaming around the Depot and they will serenade you with traditional holiday songs as you explore the town. This is just a sampling of all that will be happening, so please come to Washington with friends and family.  This is a great opportunity for those who have never visited (or heard!) of Washington to become acquainted with the town and all the wonderful things it has to offer. Celebrate, eat, explore, and be merry at the Holiday in the Depot. You won’t want to miss it!
