Event: 7th Annual Chester Fair Wine & Beer Tasting
Venue: Chester Fairground Kirtland Terrace – Chester

Description: Event features wine and beer vendors, live entertainment, and various local restaurants with food for cash purchase. Admission is $20, (available at the gate only) and proceeds will go toward the Chester Fair educational programming. The Chester Package Store will be sponsoring this event, which will be held rain or shine. While we love animals at the fair, no animals are allowed at this event unless certified service animals (with appropriate paperwork).
Event: Greenwich Concours d’Elegance
Venue: Roger Sherman Baldwin Park – Greenwich
Date: June 2-3
Description: Recognized as one of the premier concours in the country and one of the largest in the northeast, Greenwich is unique in that it is two concours back to back. Saturday is the Concours Americana for American cars and motorcycles, while Sunday is the Concours International for imported marques. 2018 will be a celebration of Briggs Cunningham, with a special display of Cunningham production cars and team race cars. As a special tribute, we will have all of the Cunningham cars displayed along the waterfront on both Saturday and Sunday.
Event: Great Chowder Cook-Off

Description: The legendary Great Chowder Cook-Off is the original and longest running event of its kind in the nation (37 years to be exact) and officially kicks off Rhode Island’s summer festivities!
Event: Newport International Polo Series XXVII

Description: Newport Polo, host of the Newport International Polo Series XXVI, is the home of the Westchester Polo Club, America’s first polo club, est. in 1876, and founding member of the United States Polo Association. The Newport International Polo Series features teams from around the world & from major US cities competing against USA / Newport. The coming season promises an exciting lineup of action-packed polo matches, international team debuts and memorable special events for fun on and off the field, supported by an enthusiastic spectator audience.
Event: Lego Minifigure 40th Birthday
Venue: Legoland Discovery Center – Yonkers

Description: It’s party time at LEGOLAND® Discovery Center Westchester. The Police Officer Minifigure just turned 40 and the attraction is throwing him a LEGOtastic birthday bash every weekend in June. Partygoers can enjoy birthday-themed builds in the Model Builder academy, Minifigure trading with Series 18 Minifigures, and a Minifigure scavenger hunt in MINILAND. Costumed character meet and greets include the LEGO Police Officer (June 1-3); Lloyd, the Green Ninja of Energy (June 9 & 10); Wyldstyle from The LEGO Movie (June 16 & 17); and Kai, the Red Ninja of Fire (June 23 & 24). Guests can also strike a pose with Minifigure photo stations located throughout the venue. Annual Pass members are invited to “Breakfast with Bertie” on Sundays from 10:00 – 11:00am and will receive a Minifigure 40th Anniversary party hat.
Event: Tea Party with the Princesses
Venue: Mt. Carmel Society Banquet Hall – Verplanck

Description: Girls and Boys are invited to A Tea Party with the Princesses. Grown ups can stay too! The Mt. Carmel Society, on 8th Street in Verplanck will host at children’s tea party with a royal motif, complete with a light lunch and sweet treats, Saturday, June 2 from 11 am – 2 PM. Children will create a craft and enjoy a performance too in side the beautiful Mt. Carmel Banquet Hall. The Princesses of Miss Italia Mt. Carmel will serve the tea and facilitate the activities. This sorority celebrates Italian heritage by spreading awareness and raising funds for the Mt. Carmel Society Scholarship Fund. www.olmcv.org $15 per person. Children age 6 and under are admitted free with paid adult. Mt. Carmel Society, an Italian-America service organization hosts the Feast of Mt. Carmel street fair the third weekend in July for 96 years. The Mt. Carmel society is located at 249 8th Street in the Hamlet of Verplanck in the Town of Cortlandt, Northern Westchester.
