Event: Fire & Ice Winter Valentine’s Festival
Venue:  Downtown Main Street – Putnam
Date: February 10th
Description: The festival is one of the biggest ice block carving festivals in the United States. A day and night full of professionally and artistically pre-carved ice blocks, along with many local residents and artists (professionals and amateurs) working on ice carving demonstrations that you can witness and enjoy throughout the event. Fire dancers provide sparkling entertainment and luminarias light the streets for added beauty and atmosphere. There is an ice bar, ice table and ice chairs. Chocolate sculpting contest and chocolate kisses handed out to visitors to come and check out the completed display. Enjoy special sales, special shop events, fabulous food and drinks, and so much more.

Event: Romantic Wilimantic 14th Annual Chocolate Festival
Venue:  Downtown Main Street – Willimantic
Date: February 10th
Description: The day begins with the Cupid Made Me Run road race, followed by special chocolate themed events at various businesses and venues around the town; including a cake contest, music and much more.

Venue:  Blithewold Mansion, gardens and Arboretum – Bristol
