Venue:  Imagine Nation, A Museum Early Learning Center– Bristol

Description: Create delicious no bake pies with Jodie Fitz from the Price Chopper Kids Cooking Club, visit ShopRite of Bristol’s Caramel Apple Pie Bar station, and make an English Muffin pizza pie with Diane Lombardi, Registered Dietitian with ProHealth Physicians. Pie tastings will feature Granny’s Pies of East Hartford donated by Meadow Farms Fundraising of Agawam, MA and a twelve pie tasting sponsored by Harvest Bakery Inc. of Bristol. We’ll also have pie scented play dough, pie story time, and math activities throughout the museum. Family Pie Day is generously sponsored by the Thomaston Savings Bank Foundation.

Event: 32nd Annual Chappaqua Craft and Gift Fair

Event: Westchester Fall Home Show
Venue: Westchester County Center – White Plains
Date: November 12th
Description: The Raven Rocks 10k Run is a the first new trail run at Ward Pound Ridge Reservation in Cross River, NY in over 20 years. The 10k course climbs up to the two highest points in the park (Raven Rocks Overlook and the Fire Tower Summit) before heading back for a downhill and flat finish. The race supports the Reservation’s Trailside Museum in it’s efforts to bring back the Blue Trail tower to its former spot in the park.
