In order to be prepared for the changes, Michael Lucash, Director and Vice President of Compliance and Secondary Markets, Deena DeCarlo, Director and Vice President of Operations, and Patrick McGovern, Director and Vice President of Sales from Connecticut Home Mortgage, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England Properties’ preferred lender, met with all of the agents to review protocol and educate them on the best practices.

McGovern stated “We rolled out TRID and it has been a very smooth process. Loan estimates have been issued quickly, accurately and in compliance, with no disruption to the customer or the process.  In the first week of November, Connecticut Home Mortgage issued the first Closing Disclosure and the loan will close earlier than expected.”
