Wallingford, CT – Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England Properties received two 2015 Home Builders Industry (“HOBI”) Awards from the Home Builders & Remodelers Association (HBRA) of Connecticut in the Marketing Category – the only company to win two awards in this category. The HOBIs are the state’s most prestigious housing industry awards program, recognizing excellence in new construction, land development, remodeling, sales and marketing and home financing. Since 2005, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England Properties has won 16 sales and marketing HOBI awards.

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England Properties won “Best Community Website” for the Edgewater Hill development in East Hampton, with residential rentals and commercial spaces represented by Carl Guild.  Edgewater Hill, a walkable 74 acre residential-commercial development with multiple residence types, a pedestrian-friendly lifestyle and an abundance of green spaces, is being developed by Dream Developers.

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England Properties also won the award for “Best Online Campaign” for Mill Pond Crossing, an enclave of 20 townhouses that offers easy access to Simsbury Town Center shops, represented by Gary Emerito.

The awards were presented at the 22nd annual HOBI Awards Banquet on Tuesday, November 10, 2015 at the Aqua Turf Club in Plantsville.
